This item was won at a charity auction nearly 20 years ago. It contains the authentic signatures of 5 band members from The Rolling Stones.
From left to right they include:

Mick Jagger
Bill Wyman
Ronnie Wood
Charlie Watts
Due to the age of the item it may have not come with a COA or it has been lost to time.

I am not aware of how this has been framed, and the poster may be dry mounted because of how good it looks in the frame after many years.
