Signed EMILY WELLS Gig POSTER In-Person w/proof Autograph Concert

EMILY WELLS autographed this gig poster in person for me at a venue. Using blue sharpie, she signed her name and wrote “2012” for year of signing. Upon request, buyer will receive a Certificate of Authenticity (issued by me) detailing signing information.
This poster itself is hard-to-find since it was a promo only available at ticket outlets and music stores to promote this concert. Size is 11” by 17”. It’s in great condition for display, at least Mint/Near-Mint. It will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.
Note, for authentication purposes, I am displaying a picture in this listing showing Emily signing one of my posters. Buyer will receive the autographed poster, but will not receive a copy of the picture (it is for informational purposes only). However, if you want the 4" by 6" photo, price is an additional .50 (will be rolled into tube).
