Signed GRIFFIN HOUSE Gig POSTER In-Person w/proof Autograph Concert

GRIFFIN HOUSE autographed this gig poster in person for me (using blue sharpie) at a concert venue. Upon request, buyer will receive a Certificate of Authenticity (issued by me) detailing signing information.
This poster itself is hard-to-find since it was a promo only available at ticket outlets, phone poles, and music stores to promote one of Griffin’s previous concerts in Portland, Oregon. Size is 11” by 17” and it's on LIGHTWEIGHT paper. It is in great condition for display, at least Mint/Near-Mint. It will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.
Note, for authentication purposes, I am displaying a picture showing Griffin after he signed for me. Buyer will receive the autographed poster, but will not receive a copy of the picture (it is for informational purposes only). However, if you want the 4" by 6" photo (rolled into the tube), price is an additional .50.
