Frank Kozik.  Numbered 465 out of 500.  Printed At Wackyland. Catalog Number Kozik 94-13.
This poster has been stored flat since I bought it in 1994.  It is in overall excellent condition.  There are a few spots with indented dimples from the back side along the white border.  There is one small dimple on the dog's butt.  Please see pictures for detail.
